Watt Mortgage? LTD - Refer a Friend Scheme: Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting Watt Mortgage? LTD. Our Refer a Friend Scheme rewards individuals who
recommend our mortgage and insurance services to their friends, family, or colleagues. Please read the
following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Eligibility
- The scheme is open to existing clients and contacts of Watt Mortgage? LTD who refer a new client to us for
a mortgage or insurance product.
- The referred individual must be a new client to Watt Mortgage? LTD and must not have previously engaged
our services.

2. Gaining Consent
- The referrer must obtain the explicit consent of the individual they are referring before sharing their contact
details with Watt Mortgage? LTD.
- By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have permission to share the referred person's name and
contact information with Watt Mortgage? LTD for the purposes of this scheme.

3. The Reward
- A £100 voucher will be issued to the referrer upon successful completion of the referred business. Vouchers
will be offered from one of the following retailers:
- Amazon
- John Lewis
- Marks & Spencer
- The referrer can choose their preferred retailer from the above list when the reward becomes payable.
- Only one reward is payable per successful referral, but multiple referrals are allowed and eligible for
separate rewards.

4. Mortgage Referrals
- The referred mortgage must:

- Complete fully.
- Result in the lender paying the procuration fee to Watt Mortgage? LTD.
- Declined, withdrawn, or cancelled applications do not qualify for a referral reward.

5. Insurance Referrals
- The referred insurance policy (life insurance, critical illness cover, or income protection) must:
- Be taken out in good faith, with the genuine intention of maintaining cover.
- Be active and in force.
- Result in Watt Mortgage? LTD receiving the initial commission.
- Policies cancelled shortly after commencement without valid reason may be considered ineligible.

6. Reward Process
- Once the qualifying criteria are met, the referrer will be contacted to confirm their voucher choice.
- Vouchers will be issued within 30 days of confirmation that the referral is successful and meets all
conditions.
- Rewards will be sent by email or post. Watt Mortgage? LTD is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers
once issued.

7. General Terms
- Referrals must be made before the referred client engages with Watt Mortgage? LTD. Retrospective
referrals will not be accepted.
- This scheme is not available to employees or contractors of Watt Mortgage? LTD.
- Watt Mortgage? LTD reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the scheme at any time and to
withhold rewards where there is suspected abuse or fraud.
- No cash alternative is available.
